It is currently not possible to delete employees within your Easy Payslip account as the ATO requires some rules around this to ensure that there are no active STP files for those employees.
You can however inactivate the employee within your Easy Payslip account so they do not count towards your monthly subscription.
1) Head to the employees screen within the app
2) Swipe left on the active employee & tap the inactivate button to the right of the employees name
This will bring up a pop up window to select the cessation date (end date of employment).
3) Select the date & tap the 'Make Inactive' button.
4) The employee will now show in the inactive section within the employees details screen & they will not count towards your subscription.
5) To reactivate an employee head to the employees screen within the app & swipe left on the inactive employee & tap the 'Reactivate' button to the right of the employees name
This will bring up a pop up window to select the Recommencement date (Start date of employment).
6) Select the date & tap the 'Make Active' button.
7) The employee will now show in the active section within the employees details screen & they will now count towards your subscription.
