We are constantly working on our app to provide new features and fix technical issues to ensure you have the best possible experience. For many updates, we can push background 'over-the-air' updates directly to the app, which means you don't have to lift a finger to ensure your app is always up-to-date.
However, from time to time, especially when we make larger changes, you may need to update the app from the app store. We'll notify you in the app when this is the case, and if you have turned on auto-updating for your phone, it should take care of itself. If your phone does not allow auto-updating, please follow the steps below:
Note: You shouldn't need to sign out when the app updates. However, if you experience any issues, this is a good place to start! Press the '≡' menu in the top left of the app and select 'Log Out' (on the web, click on your organisation name in the top right, then 'Log Out').
To update the Easy Business app on iOS:
- Open the App Store on your Apple iOS device
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
- Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes if available for our Easy Business App.
- Tap 'Update' next to the Easy Business App to update only that app
To update the Easy Business app on Android:
To set up automatic updates for individual apps on your device:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu 'My apps & games'
- Select the app you want to update.
- Tap More .
- Tap 'Enable auto update'
The app will update automatically when updates are available. To turn off automatic updates, uncheck the box.
To update the Easy Business app individually using the Google Play Store app on your mobile device:
- Open the Google Play Store App .
- Tap Menu 'My apps & games'
- Apps with an update available are labelled "Update"
- Tap 'Update'
