You can add multiple businesses under your Easy Business App account so that you only need one login username & password to access various businesses for processing payroll, STP & Invoices.
Also, you can invite members to each business so that they can view information & even process payroll, STP & Invoices depending on the role approved by yourself with their own log in details.
If you have not yet set up an Easy Business App account, please refer to the user guide 'Set Up My Business/Organisation in the Easy Business App (ABN & WPN) for New Users
To add another business to your account:
1) a) In the app, press the menu button '≡' to the top left of the page and press 'Manage Orgs. & Subscriptions'.
b) On the website, press the organisation name to the top right of the page and press 'Manage Orgs. & Subscriptions'.
2) a) In the app, press the menu button '⋮' to the top right & press 'Create New Org.'
b) On the website, press 'Add New Org.'
Note: You will now be prompted to enter the new businesses ABN or WPN as well as the business address.
3) Press the 'Save' button once you have entered the information needed which will take you back to the main account menu which you can see the 'Active Organisation' option at the top to change between the separate businesses you have set up.
