You can add multiple businesses under your Easy Payslip account so that you only need one login username & password to access various businesses for processing of payroll & STP. Also, you can invite members to each business so that they can view information & even process payroll & STP depending on the role approved by yourself with there own log in details.
If you have not yet set up an Easy Payslip account, please refer to the user guide 'New User - Set Up My Business/Organisation in Easy Payslip (ABN & WPN)'
To add another business to your account:
1) Press the menu button '≡' to the top left of the page and press 'View/Switch Org.'
2) Press the menu button '⋮' to the top right & press 'Create New Org.'
Note: You will now be prompted to enter the new businesses ABN or WPN as well as the business address.
3) Press the 'Save' button once you have entered the information needed which will take you back to the main account menu which you can see the 'Active Organisation' option at the top to change between the separate businesses you have set up.
