Navigating around Easy Business App is, as the name might suggest, Easy! Here are the main things to be aware of:
Easy Business App is made up of many modules. You may find that you use some of them now, but more as your business grows. That's exactly how we designed it. Each module has its own plans available (many are entirely free) which means you are never paying for something you don't need.
You can navigate between the modules by tapping on the hamburger menu (on mobile), or clicking on the module icons on large screens.
Each business is represented by an organisation in Easy Business App. If you have more than one business, you can have one organisation for each. If you're an accountant or bookkeeper, you'll likely have access to one organisation for each of your clients.
The Organisation screen is where you manage your business data (like address and ABN), invite and manage other users to access your organisation (like your accountant) and manage your subscriptions for each module.
Your User Profile
Your user profile is where you can change your email or telephone number, as well as set up two-factor authentication (which is mandatory for certain app features, like Single Touch Payroll).
