Our new update to the Easy Payslip App has introduced various changes to simplify your experience with payroll & STP.
Hamburger menu:
This is where you can view/switch Organisations, get access to our support page with user guides, view/edit your profile information & access your settings screen.
Organisations:
You can:
- View or edit your business details
- add a new business and switch between them
- invite your accountant or partner to access your business
- View/update your subscription. (Only the organisation owner can access the subscription)
My Profile:
You can view/update your name, telephone number, email and set up two-factor authentication.
Settings:
You can check to see if you have the latest version of our app & invite a friend to try out Easy Payslip for their business.
Payroll
Like our previous version, this is where you go to create your payslips.
but we've got more payroll options that you can include on your payslip.
We've also introduced Previous Payruns where you can view your payslips, delete them if necessary, and check/update their STP submission status.
