Overview
Introduced with Payday Super on 1 July, 2026, a Member Verification Request (MVR) is a way for you to check your employee's super fund details with the fund before you send your first super contribution for them.
Using an MVR means you can:
- Confirm all the employee super fund details are correct well before their first pay day
- Deal with any issues/errors without the clock counting down on the seven working day super requirement
- Have peace of mind that when you make the first contribution for a new employee (or an existing employee's updated details) that the contribution will go through without error
