The Employee Leave screen contains information that helps Easy Payslip accrue the correct leave balances for your employee's every payslip generated to which they are entitled to.

Show on payslips? - This indicates if you wish to display the leave balances within each payslip generated
Annual Leave Loading - This is calculated at 17.5% automatically when entering annual leave when processing a payslip
Time in Lieu - Allows an employee to work overtime. Instead of being paid additional amounts of money for working such overtime, the employee is granted paid time off work by their employer, to the equivalent of the overtime worked.
RDO - A rostered day off (RDO) is a paid day off for working extra hours that add to a whole working day. An RDO may require a modern award or enterprise agreement or something that employers and employees arrange between themselves.
