Overview
If you're a small business owner who uses Easy Business App, you can save money by referring friends.
For every friend you refer:
- They receive three months free (instead of the usual 30-days)
- You receive one month free when they subscribe
How do I refer?
- Click the Refer & Save button in the top-right (on large screens) or in the hamburger menu on mobile.

How do referrals work?
When a user clicks on your unique link, they go to a page that tells them more about Easy Business App — and it also tells them they'll get three months free because you referred them.
When your friend signs up from that page, they automatically get a 90-day free trial (all modules), instead of the usual 30 days.
When your friend subscribes we will give you one month free for your own subscription — and that covers all modules; so if you subscribe to Easy Payslip, Easy Invoicing and Easy Cashflow, all three will be free for a month.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How many friends can I refer?
A: As many as you like! Your bonuses will stack in sequence; if you refer 6 friends who all happen to subscribe in the same month, you'll still get six months free!
Q: Can I share my referral link on social media?
A: Sure thing!
Q: How will I know when I get my free month/my friend signs up?
A: We'll send you an email to let you know when certain events happen, like (most importantly!) when your friends sign up or when they subscribe and we give you a free month. In future, we'll build a little tracking tool so you can see it in-app.
Q: I subscribe via the iOS App Store/Google Play Store; can I still get the free months when I refer a friend?
A: We don't have an automated way to do this, as the app stores don't support this level of flexibility. Please reach out to our support team (live chat is quickest - click the chat bubble in the bottom right; or reach out here) and we'll sort you out. Don't worry, you won't lose anything!
Q: If my friend subscribes on iOS/Android, do I still get my bonus?
A: Yes, you do. If you subscribe via web (Stripe), it doesn't matter how your friend subscribes.
Q: A friend subscribed, but I didn't get my bonus?
A: Your friend must sign up using the link you sent in order for you to get the bonus. If they don't, unfortunately the bonus can't be applied in our system. Reach out if you have any questions.
Q: I'm an advisor (bookkeeper/BAS Agent/accountant/Tax Agent) - can I use this scheme?
