You can inactivate & activate the employees within your Easy Payslip account, so they do not count towards your monthly subscription. You will still be able to run reports for inactive employees & also process the financial year final STP file.
To make an Employee Inactive:
1) Go to the Employees screen
2) Press the 3 dots to the right of the active employee & press the 'Deactivate' option
3) Press the date & then the 'Make Inactive' option
Note: The employee will now show in the inactive section within the employees' details screen & they will not count towards your subscription.
To make an Employee Active:
1) Press the 3 dots to the right of the Inactive employee & press the 'Activate' option
2) Press the date & then the 'Make Active' button.
