Refreshing your bank feeds in Easy Cashflow is very straightforward.
1. From the Bank Transactions screen, select the account you would like to refresh.
2. Press the Refresh icon in the bottom left of the account card.
This will trigger a refresh process for this account and any others you have linked from the same institution. If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled with your bank, a screen will show prompting you for your temporary MFA code.
Note that you need to wait at least 10 minutes between refreshes.
We are currently working on implementing automatic overnight refreshes for accounts that support it, and aim to roll this out during early 2024.
Q: I don't see a transaction in Easy Cashflow, but I can see it in my banking app. What gives?
A: There are a few reasons for this:
- We don't import pending transactions. Once the transaction is fully confirmed, you should see it at the next refresh. This is to prevent you having to reverse transactions that never complete.
- There can be a delay between your bank and our data provider. The best thing to do is to wait for 24 hours and see if the transaction appears.
- If you have waited more than 48 hours for a transaction to appear that you know has been confirmed, please contact our support team who will be happy to investigate.
